you can create new accounts for yours users.
You can create a directory for user specifying
its storage limit.
Now give this public URL
to your users’ http://sellatsite.com/fmdemo/login.php,with
username and password that you have created
for a user in the admin side.
With username and password User can login
to his account and he will be able to access only his own directory,
he can't upload files exceeding storage limit specified by admin.
User can create new directories; upload/download
his files, very simple, easy and user friendly
interface.
